I've heard a lot of intriguing ideas about reshaping our communities over the? years,Moncler Outlet, but one that's always stayed with me has been the notion of attracting investment into local businesses through a community stock exchange. Shuman's the author of a book called The Small Mart Revolution,Moncler Jas, which came out two years ago. He's also an economist,? an attorney and a devout advocate for the advantages of small and localized businesses amid increasing globalization.

Shuman's take seems simple enough: Investing in local businesses will make for much the national stimulus we so desperately need, and local stock exchanges are an ideal vehicle to help get us there. The delay could be short-lived since U.S. and Pakistani officials predicted the border crossing would be reopened in a matter of days even before the apologies were issued. (See pictures of the battle against the Taliban.)

Pakistan closed Torkham to NATO supply convoys on the same day as the attack,UGG store, leaving hundreds of trucks stranded alongside the country's highways or stuck in traffic on the way to the one route into Afghanistan from the south that has remained open.
